Room to Improve

The idea is pretty simple: we keep working at it, and we keep getting better. As long as we keep pushing forward, that’s good news. And the other good news is, we still have a lot of room to improve.

We skimp on a lot of things, but never the juice. As we slowly scale to keep up with demand, we continue improving our products, our packaging, and the way we do things around here. We’re always looking for ways to become more efficient and give you a better overall experience.

We’re doing the best we can at any given time, but our best today is a lot better than it was six months ago. We’ve come a long way, and we’re going to keep moving forward because you guys deserve the best we can possibly give you.

We’ve resumed production on all 5 mLs, and we’re optimistic that our new procedures will help reduce leaks. We’ve got some new bottles, and we’re adding shrink wrap to some of the 5 mLs. I never really wanted to use shrink wrap, but it’s important to me that the products arrive the way they’re supposed to. You trust me with your money to deliver a product, and that’s something I take seriously.

We’re still nowhere near my complete vision for BYZA. Our catalog is moving so fast, and there are still a lot of components in our process struggling to catch up.

I’ve created a new pre-release section that currently probably has more products than our main releases. You can find it by searching “pre-release” or through the link on the homepage. It gives me a way to keep sharing new fragrance experiences with you while we finish everything that goes into a full release.

As we finalize each fragrance, we’ll move it out of pre-release and onto the main page. The releases won’t always appear in numerical order. The numbering system is something we originally started using internally to help us track and manage a quickly growing catalog, but we’re beginning to work those numbers into the products a little more.

I also understand that there are a lot of collectors out there, which honestly still surprises me. I’m amazed and humbled by how strong the support has been. There’s nothing I can think of that fully describes how grateful I am.

At this time, I haven’t made the pre-release section too prominent. Kind of like this blog. I feel like very few people read it, but to the few who do, I appreciate you. I’m giving you my blood, sweat, and tears. Not in the perfume, though. I promise. We don’t put that stuff in there.

I love what I do, and I love sharing the things I enjoy: faith, family, and fragrance.

Thank you all so much, and God bless.

Jeff
