(1) New Email Message: 5mL Bottle Blunder

Basically, this is an update on our blog and some things we’ve been working on.

There’s been an issue with our email. We got our email connector and email working properly, so it seems we were missing some emails. With that, we’re seeing that there continues to be an issue with some of the 5 mil bottles leaking.

We continue to try to solve this. We’re always trying different bottles and looking for more vendors, while keeping in mind the possibility of our own custom bottle production in the future. However, we are not there yet.

So, with that said, we are going to stop production on all the 5 mil bottles for now. We will continue to sell off the inventory that’s already been filled and collect any data on issues.

Please, guys, if your 5 mils are leaking, if you got leaky bottles, include a photo and send us an email. You can send it to jeff@byza.com. We want to make it right.

I’m so passionate about my product. The most important thing to me right now is making sure the product that I take so much pride, comfort, confidence, and conviction in is delivered to you to the best of my ability.

Sure, a lot of things I have to cut corners on because that’s where we’re at, but the juice is not one of them, and making sure our customers are taken care of is not overlooked.

We don’t want to fall behind, and that’s why we’re taking action until further notice.

We appreciate all of you. We’re so grateful for your confidence and support.

Other good news: I just got a new computer. Okay, maybe it wasn’t new. It might have been refurbished. That’s being delivered today, so I’m excited to get it set up at the shop because I can finally take my laptop home and continue to work from there.

Guys, I’m a machine. I love what I’m doing. I love what I’m able to do here, and that’s why I’m so grateful. It is the customers, and the wonderful team we have, that make this possible.

Thank you so much, and God bless.

PS: This blog post sounds weird because it was transcribed as I talked it out during my drive to the shop. I will not edit, I have to keep moving.
